With nearly a decade of experience in India, she has held key leadership positions, including Head of the Polish Investment and Trade Agency (PAIH) in Mumbai and Principal Consultant at a Europe-India advisory firm in New Delhi.
She actively promotes gender equality in business and is a frequent speaker at international events discussing EU-India opportunities. Through her work, Ada continues to strengthen business ties and amplify the role of women in shaping the EU-India business corridor.

Her connection with India began as a research student in political science and urban studies at Savitribai Phule Pune University. Passionate about cross-border innovation, she works to inspire and facilitate collaboration between Nordic and Indian entrepreneurs, ensuring greater accessibility and understanding of emerging business trends.

Cecilia is a Swedish entrepreneur and investor based in Mumbai since 2007. She played a pivotal role in India’s wine industry, contributing to the success of Sula Vineyards - India’s largest wine producer with a 65% market share and exports to 30 countries.
She is a Founding Advisory Board Member at Girls Club Capital, where she mentors and connects female entrepreneurs with investors. Additionally, Cecilia represents the Sweden-India Business Council (SIBC) as Senior Vice President and leads the Sweden-India Tech Community (SITEC), a 150-member network spanning startups, corporates, academia, and government.
