Ada Dyndo is an experienced communication and cross-cultural business professional who is dedicated to fostering collaboration between Poland/EU and India. With over eight years of experience in India, she has held key leadership positions, serving as the Head of the Polish Investment and Trade Agency and as a Principal Consultant at a Europe-India project advisory company in New Delhi. Ada serves as Director India Desk at Indo Polish Chamber of Commerce and Industry (IPPCI).
Her significant contributions in these roles earned her recognition in 2021 from the Europe India Centre for Business and Industry, where she was honored as one of the Top under 40 Europe-India leaders, playing a crucial role in shaping the future of EU-India relations.
In 2022, Ada established WICCI's India-EU Business Council, which is a groundbreaking networking platform aimed at empowering women in the India-EU business corridor under the Women's Indian Chamber of Commerce and Industry. Her leadership within this forum is dedicated to fostering connections and driving collaborations within the EU-India business corridor.
Ada is an active advocate for gender equality in business and engages in discussions about Europe-India business opportunities at various international events, including the Economic Times Global Business Summit, Bengaluru Tech Summit, Vibrant Gujarat, and the Europe India Leaders Conference at the European Parliament. Her continuous efforts contribute to collaboration and underscore the impact of women in shaping the EU-India business corridor.

Astrid is Vice President of WICCI’s India-EU Business Council. She runs Nordic India Innovation (NII) with the purpose to elevate the Nordic public on business opportunities and trends in India. In 2021, she was listed by EICBI as one of the Top 40 under 40 Europe-India leaders.
Astrid came to India for the first time as a research student in political science and urban studies at Savitribai Phule Pune University. In 2019-2020, she did the internship at the Swedish Chamber of Commerce in New Delhi.
Astrid supports and enhance trade and talent exchange between Nordics and India through Nordic-India Innovation non-profit community and event platform. Her mission is to inspire and increase accessibility for more Nordic and Indian innovators and entrepreneurs to collaborate and do business between the Nordics and India.

Cecilia is Swedish, based in Mumbai since 2007. Cecilia has played a significant role in sparking the Indian Wine Revolution, placing India on the world wine map. She has played an instrumental role in the Sula Vineyards success story - India’s largest wine producer with 65% market share, exporting to 30 countries. With 430,000 visitors in 2019 it is the most visited winery in the world. She is today a shareholder in Sula.
She is a Founding Advisory Board Member at Girls Club Capital, New York City. With GCC’s Israeli female founder AshmoretMishal, she advices, mentors & connects female entrepreneurs with the right people.
Cecilia is Sweden-India Business Council’s (SIBC) India representative & Senior Vice President. SIBC is one of the world’s most active country to country networks & the first choice network in the Sweden & India business corridor. SIBC is also the secretary for Sweden India Business Leaders’ Roundtable, co-chaired by Marcus Wallenberg & Baba Kalyani. She also heads up Sweden-India Tech Community. Cecilia is the Head of Sweden India Tech Community SITEC. SITEC is a 150 people network with representatives from Startup, SMEs, Large Corporates, Academia, Incubators, Media, Governmental Bodies, Investors and Influencers.
